As we wrap up another incredible year of camps at Promise Ranch Ministries, we are filled with gratitude and joy. The 2024 camp season has been a resounding success, thanks to the dedication and hard work of our amazing staff, volunteers, and supporters. Together, we have created unforgettable experiences and brought countless children closer to Christ.
This year, we saw children grow in their faith, build lasting friendships, and discover their unique potential through a variety of activities and programs. From horseback riding and crafts to Bible study and worship, every moment was filled with laughter, learning, and love.

Scholarship Fund Update:
In 2024, Promise Ranch Ministries provided over $14,500 in scholarships to support families in need, allowing their children to experience the transformative power of our camps. Despite raising just over $5,000 and utilizing an additional $4,000 from previous years, we are currently facing a deficit of over $5,000 for this season.
This year, we have seen a significant increase in the number of children requiring financial assistance to attend camp. Historically, many of our campers could afford to pay, but this season has shifted dramatically, with a greater need for scholarships tipping the scales.
At Promise Ranch, we are committed to ensuring that financial barriers never prevent a child from experiencing camp. We believe every child should have the opportunity to grow in faith, make new friends, and create lasting memories, regardless of their financial situation. Your support is essential in helping us uphold this commitment and continue to make a positive impact on the lives of our campers.
NEW BATHHOUSE CONSTRUCTION NEARING COMPLETION
Our new bathhouse is designed with our campers' comfort in mind, featuring separate boys' and girls' sides. Each side will include four showers and lavatory facilities for four, ensuring everyone has ample space and privacy. This facility is a significant upgrade and will greatly improve the daily routines of our campers.
The construction team has been hard at work, and we're excited to share some progress updates. The exterior structure is nearly complete, and the interior is taking shape beautifully. From installing the showers to setting up the lavatories, every detail is being carefully crafted to ensure a top-notch facility. We want to involve our community in a fun and creative way, so we'll soon be hosting a contest to name the new bathhouse! Keep an eye out for more details on how to participate. Whether you have a clever, catchy, or meaningful name in mind, we can't wait to hear your suggestions.
