The Faces of
PROMISE RANCH
Behind every campfire story, wagon ride, and answered prayer are the people who bring Promise Ranch Ministries to life. Each staff member has been called to serve with purpose, joy, and a deep love for Christ, and also for kids. Below, you’ll get to know the hearts and hands behind the scenes. These are the mentors, encouragers, and prayer warriors who make our ministry more than just a place… they make it a promise fulfilled.

David Rowe
Director
In 2015, David and his wife Tandi founded a ministry with a simple but powerful vision: to transform their family farm into a place of refuge and hope for children and families. Today, as Executive Director, Pastor, and Sheriff, David leads with compassion and conviction. His steady guidance, both practical and spiritual, continues to shape the heart of Promise Ranch and bring its mission to life.

Tandi Rowe
Director
Tandi helped plant the seeds of Promise Ranch in 2015 alongside her husband, David, with a heart to build a nurturing haven for children and their families. She wears many hats around the Ranch—managing the office, running the camp store, and using her creative flair as Camp Craft Coordinator. Whether organizing behind the scenes or leading hands-on activities, Tandi’s joyful spirit and dedication are felt in every corner of the ministry.

Malia Malanchuk
Equine Program Director
Originally from Columbia, PA, Malia Malanchuk brings years of hands-on experience, leadership, and a deep love for horses to Promise Ranch Ministries. At just 22 years old, Malia has already built an impressive background in horsemanship and youth programming.
She spent three years serving in the horse program at White Sulphur Springs in Bedford, PA, first as an intern, then as a manager, where she helped lead trail rides, teach riding lessons, and care for the herd. She also worked as a barn manager and stable hand at Nookside Stables in Lancaster County, and her passion for horses runs deep. She’s been riding since childhood and even competed in rodeo events as a teen.
Malia got her start working at a boarding facility during high school, where she gained experience with horses from all kinds of backgrounds and disciplines. There she began teaching children to ride, guiding trail rides, and helping lead day camp programs, discovering a gift for combining her horsemanship with ministry and mentorship.

Faith Pundock
Administrative Assistant
Faith is a treasured member of the Promise Ranch team. With a heart for service and a warm, encouraging spirit, she faithfully supports the ministry behind the scenes in a variety of ways. Whether she’s helping in the office or stepping in wherever needed, Faith brings joy, reliability, and a cheerful attitude that lifts everyone around her. Her presence at the Ranch is truly a gift.

Faith Ebersole
Summer Camp Director
In my 7 years as a staff member at PRM, holding various positions, God has blessed me with opportunities to grow as a disciple as He teaches me to serve.
Summer camps are my main focus at PRM. I get the privilege of coming up with ideas for the general camps, planning, organizing, preparing, and working toward seeing those plans through while seeking to provide space for God infused relationships.
Some hobbies outside of camp include exercise, writing, more planning and organizing, as well as drawing.
It is my joy to find fun and memorable ways to build relationships and help point others to Christ.
